The staff was very, very nice and amicable all the time. I booked recently refurbished and absolutely perfect room with aircon, the heating and clean bathroom. There were coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator upon arrival.

Perfect hotel located so close to famous places, Sant Angelo water bus stop and Rialto Bridge, shops, restaurants and supermarket. Neat & cheap room, with a kettle and climate control. The location excellent and amazing to San Marco square. Again, walking distance to a landmark bridge.

As for me, the location was great, close to cafe's, bars and a supermarket, restaurants and tourist spots nearby, and Rialto bridge. Also, it was not too far away from an ornate footbridge. I really enjoyed the room with private bathroom, the bed was good.

Everything is really good here, had an EXCELLENT stay of 3 nights. The location is great, relatively near a 15th-century palace. The area is very quite near to the canal, and the two main bridges. The hotel rooms are big size and cheap with private bathroom. The price is £ 86.

The location was unbeatable, close enough to Rialto Bridge, shops, restaurants and supermarket, San Marco, Rilto Bridge and Accademia Bridge and the primary tourist sites of Venice, in a very quiet area. Liked the room with private bathroom, my bed was very spacious. Everything here was very good, I would stay here again.
