The most important - perfect and convenient location in a quiet much less busier area of Venice which suited us perfectly. Top-class, patient personnel who look after all of your requirements in a very efficient and pleasant manner.

The total stay was very delightful during our visit. The best thing was how impeccable the staff were. We booked queen room overlooking the canal. The breakfast was delightful and magnificent and all the food was appetising. The location was great, close to a gallery and a palace. Set in pretty comfortable area, eateries and bars were close to the hotel.

Stunning location to a hard day's sightseeing, and the rooms were magnificent and adequate. The breakfast was excellent with the prosecco and pastries and served in an elegant, you will not be disappointed. The venue was great and very elegant, we can just recommend.

The stay here was incredible by one night. The rooms were silent and stylish with a comfortable bed kept by the pleasant staff. It was in an absolutely perfect and particularly good location close to St Marks square and the busier parts of Venice as well as the bus / taxi.

It was an elegant building, the room was a decent size with terrace overlooking the garden. The location was perfect and particularly good for trip in Venice. Easily reached Zanze Xvi, located relatively close to the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.
