The location was comfortable for visiting restaurants and bars minutes from the hotel. I tried some drinks at gastropub Mercat Bar, located 10 minutes walk away. It included wonderful restaurant for a good lunch and dinner.
Facilities were good, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

I truly enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this hotel. Unique place, it was fairly clean and had amicable staff with great service. The location was good, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Lista di Spagna. And the area was very vibrant, adjacent to the restaurants as well as most tourist areas and eateries.

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun. Everything was nice, yet a few employees were very rude. The restaurant was good for a good lunch and dinner here, I had freshly cooked dishes. The bed was large & the staff there were efficient and hospitable.
