Exquisite place overall, it is fairly clean, location is amazing by water taxi at the hotels jetty. Stuff are pleasant and do n't miss their shuttle to-and-from the airport. The ambiance is elegant.

Fancy and reasonably spacious room, with a luxury bathroom. Great location in nice enough area, so close to the centre of the Venice, and Very easy to walk to all the main attractions. Situated only 1 km from a grand showpiece square.

The room I had was fancy and reasonably spacious. The location was great, to both islands and the interior design was very modern. It was also adjacent to San Polo on the Grand Canal, all the more local eateries and an alley that turns twice and seems to go nowhere.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun and met very very helpful and caring staff from one of the owners to the general manager. Our double room was silent, well-appointed.
