The property was fairly clean and staff was qualified. Got the same beautifully decorated and fashionable double room with excellent facilities booked online, appreciated that. The location was absolutely perfect - ease of access to an ornate footbridge. And the area was nice, near to waterbus stop, the Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square and a central area. I had really comfortable days staying at this small hotel.

The location was quiet and best possible in the central area. Easy access to Marco Polo airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away. Everything was amazing, nonetheless a few employees were absolutely rude. The room was well-equipped and a nice size with a wonderful view, I felt comfortable there.
