The hotel was in a decent location, away from main tourist area. Further, it was near the Arena and train station as well as the city centre and major attractions such as The Arena, Torre Dei Lamberti and Castelvecchio.

The staff was attentive and excellent and we would come back for sure. Magnificent hotel's location, as it was close to a railway station. There was a good restaurant, the main shopping centre and a market next door.

Comfortable and decent location - just next door to the living areas, San Zeno and the Castelvecchio, which is probably more interesting as an art gallery than as a castle and the outskirts of the city. Eggs, bacon, and cheese provided for breakfast was savoury. The rooms were good modern with comfortable bed, a balcony and good lighting as described. The location was decent and comfortable, close to a railway station. I stayed here for 2 days and definitely coming here again.

This hotel was lovely little and I would absolutely stay here again. I appreciated that breakfast was satisfactory and included scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese. Booked a double room with balcony. The setting was amazing, just next door to the historical center as well as the far from mediaeval opera.
Some people working there were very rude.

That was excellent value hotel set in residential area, adjacent to historic center, the train station and San Zeno and the Castelvecchio, which is probably more interesting as an art gallery than as a castle. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese were excellent and overall there was a wide array of food. The staff were extremely friendly people with unfriendly receptionist, and location was excellent and amazing.
