Honestly no reason to complain. Wonderful and clean place, particularly nice view of the lake. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Pleasant location, extremely spacious, recently renovated room. Kind and great staff throughout our stay. Located near a bus stop.

Large room with a bedroom area, a sofa, and a dining table, and particularly nice view on the lake from it. We had a comfortable bed and good breakfasts. The outstandingly accommodating and affable staff working throughout the hotel.

The rooms themselves were newly renovated with balcony. The staff was extremely helpful, as well as owner. The hotel's location was magnificent, just off being able to make the 40 minute walk into town around the edge of the river, the mountain side and the shore of the lake.

The staff is supper friendly, the breakfast satisfactory, the location is stunning really close to the shore of the lake, lake, and the pizzeria & cafe. The rooms are bright and modern, have amazing bathroom. The accommodation is in the centre of the town. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 0 minutes. Would recomand it as we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel.

had a really great stay for a wedding & holiday & would have stayed for longer. greatly enjoyed our gorgeous and bright rooms, plus the staff was nice. the location of the hotel was stunning - a 10-15 minute walk from isola del sogno. plus it was in an excellent area.

The location was unbeatable, happy to have access to the free bikes to ride around the lake, with a nice view. What's more, it was just off Malcesine, being able to make the 40 minute walk into town around the edge of the river and a very nice area, via the beautiful Val di sogno path directly next to the water. The breakfast was good and the team was outstandingly accommodating!
