There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and a personal safe inside the room. A bathtub in the marble bathroom was a plus.

The staff was helpful and attentive with advice and suggestions. The hotel had a magnificent location in a Michelin restaurant. A great selection of restaurants to eat close by, like Eat Pho Bournemouth that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The double room I got was complete with classic decoration, microwave, for example. The location was best possible, only a short distance to Saint Mark's Square. Was set in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were very friendly and caring.
