Everything was great, marvellous location just off train station main bus terminal and public ferries, central station and 2 supermarkets, which are hard to find in historic centre of Venice, really nice experience. I asked for double room and it was big with a really comfortable bed. A private safe, central heating and a work desk were appreciated. The staff was welcoming, very pleasant, provided a quiet atmosphere...

Perfect venue, no complaints whatsoever. Recently decorated & neat unit with a very comfortable bed, a kettle, for instance. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Peaceful and absolutely perfect location, only 10 minutes walk from the centre. Nearby Punto G - great place to chill out. A perfect 10/10 way to end my trip.
