Generally everything was perfect, nevertheless the bathroom was very small. The venue was in a super central location adjacent to restaurants, cafes, museums and concert halls, and many sights. For evening meal I visited Happy Gathering, since it was a super close walk to the hotel.

Overall clean and quirky place, extremely helpful and caring staff. Tastefully decorated room with a separate bathroom, good air, nice venezian touch and marvellous breakfast to start the day. Plenty of great food. Perfect location with private parking and so close to including cushions, and San Marco and gondolas. 15 minutes walk from a victorian pier.

Had a fantastic stay for service and location and would love to stay here again. We had fine breakfast with croissants and fresh served coffee and served right on the square. The location of the hotel was super - at a short distance from a public square. The bus stop was 10 minutes' walk away.

The breakfast served was marvellous, everything you could wish for, with served right on the square and croissants and rolls. The venue was set in the super central position very close to still in a more quiet calm square as well as Saint Mark's square and Academia bridge.

I liked the historic-style building and beautifully decorated and brand-new room with brand new bathroom. As for me, the location was perfectly comfortable, not far from a beautiful square with many restaurants. I found there a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Ristorante la Calcina that is only 15 minutes' walk away.
