The breakfasts are really tasty in the hotel, with mozzarella and ankle deep water. The staff are very pleasant and exceptionally kind. It has stunning, wonderful setting, just off rambling square, restaurants and shops as well as Fondato dei Tedeschi and main sights in Venice.

The total stay was excellent for it's good service and it's value for money. Thanks to the exceptionally kind staff everything was great, including a lot of local food. Enjoyed the outdoor restaurant.

Marvellous very central location just next door to the main canal as well as Santa Maria Formosa. The breakfast was tasty with an automated coffee machine, offered toast, pastries, hardboiled eggs, and croissants.
The staff - some of them were a little grumpy.

A really comfortable stay on a BA holiday. Breakfast with mozzarella, good coffee and good enough options. Fantastic traditional hotel location next to Scandinavia, resturants and shops and the best museums, San Marco Square, and Rialto Bridge. And a 15-minute walk from a historic fortress.

The continental breakfast was savoury and had a lot of meals. Had very central location to the nearest stop for the airport. There was cafe Marmi's Cafe, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was welcoming.

All in all everything was very easy, had a fabulous stay during the Easter holidays. The triple room with view over piazza had basic facilities you need. We didn't want to leave, recommend.

Just next door to the Rialto bridge or Piazza San Marco, Venice during peak season and a canal on 2 sides and one of the oldest Venetian churches across the square. Reasonably priced Irish bar.

Overall had truly memorable stay on a BA holiday. Appreciated the way our triple room with a balcony was. The location was brilliant and awesome, close to a 16th - century church. We found it in a lovely area near the square of Santa Maria Formosa, the main canal, Rialto Bridge and St Marks, and restaurants and cafes.

Came here for trip, had great 3 days overall. The location was excellent to the Rialto stop, an easy walk to a grand showpiece square. It was also just next door to a very quaint Venitian square, transport to cruise ship and bars restaurants & supermarket nearby.
