Everything was good, marvellous location really close to St Mark's square in approx 10-15mins, and the city transport, affable staff. Had a sensational breakfast, a huge room with a lovely view over the sea. The cost was £ 59. Greatly enjoyed the location in a guest house inside the alley. Plus, landscaped gardens was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

100% recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Pleasant place overall, it is clean, location is absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice directly across from the Fondamente Nuove stop. The location was great and beautiful - right by the Rialto bridge, the boat stop and the centre of Venice and the Rialto bridge. Besides, the property was 1 km away from a wide canal.
