Everything was good, marvellous location really close to St Mark's square in approx 10-15mins, and the city transport, affable staff. Had a sensational breakfast, a huge room with a lovely view over the sea. The cost was £ 59. Greatly enjoyed the location in a guest house inside the alley. Plus, landscaped gardens was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Knowledgeable staff and good small place. All in all comfortable setting so close to the Venice sightseeing, train station and the water taxi is right outside. Again, walking distance to a long - standing Venetian - style church. Classic-style building, lovely romantic rooms with an ok air condition, a magnificent view and great views. A wide array of delightful food.
