Our family room with an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and coffee/tea makers was airy. The staff was courteous plus the location was marvellous and fab. Distance to the airport was just 25 km.

The breakfast is savoury and enjoyable with a birthday cake, great views and Prosecco, and the service is great. The hotel is in an excellent location to Lido Santa Maria Elisabetta pier on Lido island. And it's so close to the glass factory, the centre and the lagoon and Venice.

Appreciated our superior king room with a balcony, wonderful view on Venice, large bedroom. The location was marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from Public beach. And it was also right by shops and restaurants, and the lagoon and islands beyond.

The stay here was really great on vacation. The location was great, for example, Lido was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was located in a lovely area close enough to shops and restaurants and water bus service, and the water bus stop.

Place was fairly clean, everything was nice. Got a nice size double room with a view when arrived, enjoyed that. All of the staff where very efficient, extremely helpful. We had a savoury and bountiful meal in the morning and some outstanding food at the outdoor bar. The location of this hotel not far from the main bus station, the main cafes and restaurants, and water bus stop San Nicolo was peaceful and absolutely perfect. Besides, it was 15 mins walk from Lido de Venezia.

The location offered was marvellous not far from a nice garden, near water bus stop San Nicolo, water taxis, shopping, restaurants and the best restaurants. Also, Lido was placed just 1 km from the hotel. The breakfast was enjoyable with the scrambled eggs, great views and fresh fruit, we thoroughly enjoyed everything.
