That was what I call chilled-out base for a longer stay. Actually everything was perfect. Coffee, croissants, and toast were available. The room was neat and new-fashioned, with the terrace, I liked it. Really helpful and affable staff, helped me a lot. The location was ideal and excellent off the main road. It was a comfortable place for a longer stay. We truly enjoyed the breakfast with coffee, croissants, and toast. The staff were pleasant, affable. The location was incredible, close enough to the international airport, public transport from Venice and center.

I loved it so much and I would stay here again. The twin/double room I had was convenient. The service was helpful and the staff was willing to help. Free soft spirits, tea and coffee in the outdoor bar, small parking place. Pleasant location to San Lazzaro degli Armeni.
