Its location was magnificent, so close to loads of restaurants and square and easy water taxi connections. Came to visit a grand showpiece square, based just a short stroll away from the hotel.

It was fairly clean, breakfast was exceptionally good. The location was stunning very close to the Bridge of Sighs & Rialto Bridge too. Further, it was close enough to St Lucia train station, a '' cross the Grand Canal '' gondola, and Easy to walk to Acadamia. The staff was accommodating and gave me recommendations.

Well, it was a just perfect stay on vacation. The breakfast was savoury and delicious and there was a huge variety of local food. Our accommodation was set in a central location just next door to Piazza San Marco, other areas of Venice and a canal where the Gondoliers took off which was very atmospheric.
The hotel staff was not so nice.

Charming little and modern place, amiable staff at all times. Excellent location close to other dining establishments. Also - so close to waterbus stop # 1 and lot of great restaurants near by, a "cross the Grand Canal " gondola and San Marcos square. Incredible and tasty breakfast selection with cheeses and scrambled eggs, for example, reasonably priced.

The breakfast was lovely with meats and prosecco, for instance for the continental breakfast. The location was great, just next door to the old town, Piazza San Marco, and the vaporetto station down the street at the harbour and easily accessible. Moreover, it was near a cathedral church.

It was really clean and stylish hotel, would recommend. Everything was excellent, loved our wonderful stay. The location was magnificent and amazing, and we could reach Saint Mark's Square by walking. It was about 15 km from the airport. The staff were amicable at all times, the rooms was reasonably large.

I had such wonderful days staying at this small hotel. Everything was excellent, superfriendly staff, nice views of the lake. The continental breakfast food was great. The location was marvellous for walking around a grand showpiece square. Moreover, it's short walk to waterbus stop # 1 and San Marco square in a quieter part of the city.

It was fairly clean, staff was thoughtful. The staff recommended a restaurant, I liked that. My room was warm and the bed was quiet. Speedy check-in and brilliant service. It was fantastic experience, the hotel had well-maintained pool, small parking and awesome views.
