We have stayed in this excellent value hotel for 3 nights, everything was perfect, the location was amazing on top of a restaurant. The bedroom was functional and a decent size. The bathroom was sparkling clean, with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet.

It had an unbeatable location right by water bus, smokers from the restuarant congregated and Close to the most important sights. San Marco district was worth staying in. The food was amazing - a good choice of options.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Venice. Fantastic hotel, I had a nice stay. The location was fab, for example, a byzantine shipyard was just a short walk away from the venue. It was located 15 minutes walk from the downtown. All the services were very good.

Enjoyed nice design, lovely staff on the reception desk. The location turned out to be great and fantastic, short walk to an alley, central Venice, and the Rialto Bridge, the water bus and taxis and the Rialto Market.
