The units are impeccably clean and luxurious with a view. The breakfast is delicious and great, and the location is amazing not far from a canal in Cannareggio and a stone's throw away from major tourist attractions, a nice area to explore Venice, and Marco Polo airport in Venice to Casa Colleoni.

This hotel was fabulous and clean, cool for a wedding ceremony. The location of the property was great - just a pleasant stroll away from a cathedral church. We dined at an excellent nearby restaurant with local dishes.

The most important - great and stunning location close to everything in a quiet Venetian neighborhood. For tea or coffee visit Marmi's Cafe nearby. Incredible and great options for breakfast with sweet treats juices and the best coffee, as example.

Really great stay, as always. Beautifully designed and fabulous hotel in a peaceful area just off the major sights, and Marco Polo airport in Venice to Casa Colleoni. Affable staff and superb breakfast with a huge variety of options. Great and stunning location, especially for me. Again, not far from an ornate footbridge.

That was beautifully decorated and special hotel set in tranquil area, just off the main tourist areas, the island and a canal opposite a church square. We asked for double room and it was modern on the second level. The stuff was brilliantly friendly, kept everything fairly clean and amazing.

Liked Venice, the hotel was charming close to everything in a quiet Venetian neighborhood. Our accommodation was set in a very central location next to Venice, the canal close to St Mark's Square and airport.
The bed was very hard here.

The location was isolated, and the room's amenities were fabulous. Tasteful breakfast, decent service. I visited an a la carte restaurant and loved the regional meals they offer. Had soft drinks in the poolside bar in the evening👌
