Very central location short walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, the San Marco square, and airport, and restaurants and cafes are near to the hotel. The atmosphere of the property is quiet. The building is nice and the rooms are wonderful and elegant with TV, the " shared " bathroom, for instance.

Immaculately clean, excellent value hotel, the location was excellent close to the Vaporetto stop, everything: from San Marco to restaurants, and all the main sights. The food was nice and there were a lot of dishes in the menu. The room was well decorated with the "shared" bathroom and the staff excellent co-operating.
