Newly renovated and fairly clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is perfectly fine. It offers handy location and has so incredibly helpful and proactive staff at reception desk. It is set close to restaurants and cafes. The restaurant is pleasant and the food is freshly made.

The location was marvellous and lovely for visiting restaurants and a casino close to the hotel. Street food restaurant Fontego delle Dolcezze was 300 metres away from the place. We spent 2 nights in double room with nice breakfast daily.
Didn't like the area, it was really busy.

We were in a marvellous and fantastic location right by all main attractions and a lovely coffee family owned coffee restaurant, and bus station or railway station, helpful staff, clean rooms and comfortable rooms. Cannaregio district was worth exploring.

Every time we stay in Venice, like to stay here. All in all, it's recently renovated place that has so incredibly helpful staff at reception desk. The units were a nice size for a table or shelves.
