The hotel offers great location down a short alley off the Lista Spagna. Btw, it's set in Cannaregio district just next door to the Santa Lucia train station and the public boats as well as grocery stores, landmarks and churches. The units are outstanding, spotless on the lower floors.

Appreciated spotless and functional double room with balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. An air conditioning, a personal safe, and a work desk were good. The location was perfect and lovely, close to Lista di Spagna.
