Everything was outstanding, yet we stayed for 1 night only. The staff was caring and helpful throughout our stay. We had a gorgeous bedroom. Hotel's location was exceptionally nice, easy to access from the train station. The outdoor restaurant onsite had appetising dishes. Really enjoyed our time here.
The staff - some of them were not so good.

Had a great stay for our two nights in Verona, glad I've chosen it. The hotel's location was brilliant, close to the railway station, the restaurant and airport. Also, we had easy access to a Clarence pier.

The location was marvellous and stunning, next to a lake and a private park. I could see square from the window of the classic king room. The stuff members where pleasant and amicable.
As for me, the area was extremely busy.

Overall it was a fine stay for our two nights in Verona. We were in an absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location just a short walk away from Piazza Bra. Moreover, the area was safe. Our superior quadruple room was neat, modern.

Everything is spotless, I greatly enjoyed it. Make sure you stay in the deluxe king room with a huge bathroom, a great view, as example. Good and lovely staff contributes to create comfortable atmosphere. The food is fantastic and fabulous.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a busy area, short walk to the main square, Arena, and shopping streets, the Piazza Bra which is metres from the Verona Arena and the centre. I was here for 3 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for breakfast. I was surprised by the incredible square view.

It was a nice place for a city break. Everything was perfect as expected, even so the bathroom was cold. Attentive staff, I really enjoyed everyone. The location was best possible, relatively close to Synagogue. Had supper in an outdoor restaurant. Food was delightful and I have nothing but fine memories from this trip
