Guest room was functional and reasonably spacious had hypoallergenic pillows. It had comfortable beds and an amazing view of city. The location was magnificent, next to the nearest Vaporetto station and the port.

This is a hotel go-to for Venice! Everything is great, I liked it. The location is excellent and amazing, 2 km from a grand showpiece square. Area is very comfortable and near to the bridge, and the tourist hotspots. Really helpful and efficient staff as one would expect.

The whole place was reasonably clean and the staff were nice. All the dishes were fresh, nevertheless you can visit nearby Snack Bar Castello.

Perfectly clean place accompanied by nice staff. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. Located walk from a boat dock, easy to get everywhere.

the king room was functional, had central heating, coffee/tea making equipment and a study table. the location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a grand showpiece square. the hotel was in a nice enough area, short walk to water transport, the cafe next door and the airport, the railway station, murano, burano, lido.
Hard to think of anything.

I would say it's right place for staying and exploring Venice. The staff is superfriendly, affable. There is a good choice of freshly made food for breakfast. This is a convenient location in Venice. It's in the very comfortable area just off the vaporetto and Saint Marcos square, the railway station and water bus stop from airport very close by which is another bonus. I would go back in flash, everything was fine.

We lovely spend 3 nights in Venice. Spotless and absolutely perfect units with an extra bed and aircon, and the staff were efficient. The location was amazing, at a moderate distance from a grand showpiece square. And the area was very comfortable, just next door to the main cathedral, very interesting shops all the way and the tourist areas. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here...
Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Everything was fairly clean, and I liked SUPERB rooms and location. An incredible hotel - within walking distance of everything. I did not want to leave, so would recomand this property.
