Clean hotel in a neat building close to bars that are close to the university, waterbus stop and the old city centre and the bus station. Stunning and fantastic location not too far from San Toma Waterbus.

The place was clean and stuff was amiable and competent. The hotel had a very central location and it was near San Toma Waterbus. The room was airy and big and offered a soap and towels, so that guests had essentials. The facilities were good.

The room was big size and vintage, and the bathroom was clean. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, very close to rialto bridge, the center of the old part of Venice, and train station and st Marcos square.
No negatives from this place.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was quiet, had magnificent location out of the tourist centre which pushes you to explore neighbourhoods you would potentially otherwise miss. Location: the property was really close to the train station, the major sightseeing places, and many restaurants. A wide array of food for breakfast, everything was good. We had an enjoyable stay in a long time.
There was wifi to be needed.

had a very enjoyable stay for a short visit, everything was really good. bar was perfect for a breakfast. the hotel was set in a very central area very close to train station and st marcos square, the tourist centre and the main attraction in venice. for dinner, we went to impronta, it was a few steps away from the venue.

Incredible very central location, just off the train station and the city center, the campo Santa Margherita where young people and students meet up for cocktails and neighbourhoods. Also, to the Academy's bridge that will get you into downtown Venice. Lots of goodies for breakfast.
