I booked this cute hotel for new year, had a very good stay, its location was unbeatable to reach from the main cathedral. Overall rooms were well furnished and brand-new and had climate control, a TV set, and a hair dryer. The canal view here was magnificent.

Everything was lovely, including responsible staff. The rooms were nicely furnished and good-sized and the location was incredible in a quiet neighbourhood. What's more, it was not far from 2 minute walk to a vaporetto and Sant Marco square. All the dishes were delicious, nevertheless you can visit nearby Devil's Forest Pub.
Their staff were not so friendly.
