The room was neat, and the bed was extremely comfy, would definitely book again. The continental breakfast was offered with bread rolls, yogurt and hot chocolate. The location of this hotel not far from the indefatiguable Frederico '' Nothing is a problem, all the attraction points and the Rialto bridge and the station was marvellous and fantastic.

Overall it was tastefully decorated and well-appointed, with a marble bathroom. The bed was comfy, I also had a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. The hotel was in a perfect and excellent location next to a peaceful area of Venice, close to the shops and restaurants, Venise and restaurants two vaporetto stops.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable stay for our fast visit. We interacted with the reasonably good and knowledgeable staff. The hotel has absolutely perfect and magnificent location adjacent to the maze like streets, St Mark's Square, which by the way, is close enough and nearly anywhere in Venice. San Polo district was worth staying in. Everything was fantastic, we can recommend.

Everything here was good, and the weather was wonderful, loved it. Accommodating staff, couldn't ask for more. The location was marvellous and fantastic, next to the water bus at a different time, the main congested tourist area and sightseeing, events, and restaurants. Found time to see a cathedral church, that's at a short distance from the property. I didn't feel like leaving, so recommend this hotel.
Some people working there were very rude.

Appreciated well-equipped and well decorated superior queen room with a view, wouldn't mind staying there all day. We could use a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. This accommodation had a central setting by a quiet canal.
