The employees at the hotel were helpful and excellent. The room was neat and fairly quiet, had central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. It had variety of meals for breakfast, including scrambled eggs and bacon.

It has good location and free parking, and it's very close to a station of the Venice Tramway, which allows to to go to Venice in 20 minutes, and Mestre town centre. There is Pasticceria Raia nearby for a cup of coffee. Scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast are a plus.

Charming small, small property. Convenient, warm room with the air conditioning, tea/coffee and four beds! Pleasant staff, quick check-in and superb bar. Handy and excellent setting in the nice enough area, just next door to a station of the Venice Tramway, which allows to to go to Venice in 20 minutes, and Venice by car or by bus. Besides, easy to get to expansive 19th-century fortress.

The bed was lovely and all in all the room was convenient and warm. Extra touches like a private safe, air conditioning and a mini-bar were a treat, staff were wonderful. The hotel's location was magnificent, near to Mestre, somehow close to Venezia, Venice, and another Water Taxi. It also was by tram or bus.

Greatly enjoyed our stay, had wonderful 2 days overall. Our room was neat and fairly quiet and the bathroom was clean. The bed was lovely with hypoallergenic pillows. The location was handy and excellent in a good area, very close to the center of Mestre, Venice in 20 minutes, and the bus station. Stopped by Pasticceria Raia to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a nice area, adjacent to a station, Venice by car and bus stop. I had warm, convenient rooms with a safe box, a mini-bar and central heating. All the staff was nice, fixed my issues. The location was handy and magnificent, a minute walk from Le barche Mall. The restaurant was located within 300 metres.
