The breakfast offered a lot of nice meals. This hotel was located in a very central area short walk to several restaurants, a strategic square and all major sights. We found nice Bar All'angolo nearby with hot beverages.

Everything was great, welcoming staff, magnificent views to the canal and to the sky. The room was big and featured a safe, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed. Had top class amenities. Excellent services were available. The hotel was situated in the very central location to the nearest vaporetto stop.

Within a walking distance of art blu caffe, where you can have lunch. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose friendly venice suites. This is a hotel go-to for Venice:)))
