This place was ideal for a perfect stay, totally recommend. Relaxing venue, amazing location really close to Italy as well as other European countries and the ferry station and St Mark's square, greatly enjoyed our stay. The staff were constantly attentive and excellent. The service was good with a family atmosphere.

The hotel is perfect and the staff are absolutely kind, I thoroughly enjoyed comfortable atmosphere. It has amazing and fantastic location, short walk to a nice square with short walk to the Grand Canal, many shops and restaurants, and many excellent bars and restaurants.

The place was impeccably clean, I booked the deluxe queen room with street views, everything was nice. I really enjoyed the room, the bed was nice. The staff were superfriendly and the setting was particularly good and unbeatable. It was a gorgeous area, a decent base for me. The restaurant was great, appetising food. I had very nice days staying at this small hotel.

The location of the hotel was amazing and incredible - not too far away from Bournemouth Beach. The rooms were large with "kitchen in a cupboard", the staff were pretty friendly and really accommodating.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with garden views, everything was perfect. The location was great and absolutely perfect, next to centre, the cruise terminal and San Marco square. San Marco district was worth exploring.

What a good stay, nothing too much trouble. Reasonably clean, quirky hotel with incredible views. Air-conditioned rooms and hypoallergenic pillows. Very central location, at a walking distance from a main street. Also - right by Venice, many sights and several great restaurants and bars. Nice design, good service in the entire property. Not to mention free wifi!

There was a great dining option, Ristorante Rosa Rossa only 200 feet from the hotel. I enjoyed the view from the room. Recommended base for a weekend in Venice.
