The property seemed clean and the room was reasonably large and cheap. The staff were more than helpful, that was nice. The location was marvellous and stunning to recommended restaurants. I visited The Briny, based right at the hotel, had dinner there. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, it was fresh and savoury.

Having central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk in my new-fashioned and airy room was really great. The breakfast was more than adequate and very very good with plenty of food, everybody can choose. The staff were welcoming in the whole hotel. The location was unbeatable and unrivaled, close to a ferry port.

Had a really comfortable stay for 4 nights, glad I've chosen it. The location of the hotel was very central, right by vaporato stop at the door, the Piazza San Marco and the main famous places in Venice, close to restaurants, bars, shops. Ate at Jewels & Gems of The Sea, it's at a short distance from the venue.

No reason to complain, this was a nice stay on vacation. The double room I got was included with a picturesque view and a huge bathroom. The location was marvellous and incredible, the staff were more than helpful. The lunch in Deep Blue a few steps away from the hotel had every choice imaginable. I ate at a great restaurant with fresh food.

All in all everything was perfect, had a really nice stay on vacation. The location in the central islands was magnificent for us. The place was so close to El Magazen, where you can have dinner. We really enjoyed the double room which was nicely decorated with a view. Throughout the day staff were very caring and patient.

The room was extremely pleasant and well-maintained with big size bathroom and central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. Had a more than adequate breakfast with juices and fresh bread, as for instance. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was terrific! The location was fantastic, at a short distance from a grand showpiece square. I didn't want to leave, so would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location was magnificent in front of realto water bus stop, few metres away from a cathedral church. Moreover, it was next to the famous Rialto Bridge, supermarkets downstairs, and the train station. Our room was decent size and airy equipped with change the towels, a nice view, as for instance, paid £ 106. More than adequate breakfast spread - the staff were more than helpful.
