Every detail was excellent and I liked it. Had central location close to vaporetto stops. Besides, it was close to bus station and railway station, and everything, nice garden area, good breakfast.

Good services were available. The facilities were great and the breakfast was varied with meats and cheeses, as for instance. The location was marvellous and incredible, right by the church, the large bridges over the grand canal, and the train station and the Grand Canal and easily accessible.

The location was great, for example, a soaring Gothic church was at a walking distance from the hotel. And we were not far from the train station in the city centre, taxi, and gondolas on the Grand Canal.

The staff was affable throughout the day. Plus they helped us with issues. We had varied and great breakfasts with scenic views. Location: the hotel was next to the train station and cruise terminal as well as trains, bus and vaporettos.

The hotel of choice in Venice. Fairly clean and homey place, varied and very good breakfast with a wide array of options. What a perfect and magnificent location to alley! Based adjacent to '' hop on hop off '' water bus, one of the large bridges over the grand canal and the main tourist locations. Affable, amicable people working here. True 3-star experience, very good service. The friendly check-in.

We really enjoyed the stay, it was a wonderful experience. All in all, it was useful base for travelling to Venice. The location was great and fantastic, 15 km to Marco Polo airport, perfectly reachable. The hotel was in a fairly nice area. The staff there were superbly friendly and amazingly nice.

It was an EXCELLENT stay, beautiful small and quirky place. The property was clean with supper friendly staff. The location was great, near shops and restaurants and the interior design was unique. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Bella Venezia that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

Excellent central location so close to main canal, being closeby to the public transportation area ie Train / Waterbus / Bus terminal and restaurants and shops. And there was Burger King Venezia with short-orders right next to the venue, super convenient. I had perfect days staying at this boutique hotel.

We loved the room, it was GOOD sized. The setting was good here. The hotel has a central location. Trattoria il Vagone, which can be found only 600 ft away, was a fast option.
