Marvellous location not far from the Piazza San Marco, all major tourist sites and main touristic attractions and many restaurants in a beautiful area. Again, walking distance to an art museum.

The view of city was exceptionally good, as well as very central location right by city center, the main attraction and the Piazza San Marco, and the boat station. Explored Lower Gardens, that is located just a short stroll away from the hotel.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were abrupt.

I stayed for 2 nights here and had a such great time. The hotel's location was very central, right on a quiet canal in the heart of Venezia. Popped in The Moon and Sixpence for shots before sleep, it was at a short distance from the venue. The breakfast was good exactly as I hoped, with yoghurt and 2 kinds of juices, as example. The public parking was nearby, good service.

It has stunning, awesome setting, close enough to all major sights like the Railto bridge, San Marco's square, Grand Canal and Gondola rides as well as wonderful shops and restaurants on canals. Everything is great, the room is reasonably spacious and cheap with good views, ironing board, a balcony.

It was fairly clean, breakfast was great. All the staff was courteous and nice and greeted us warmly. The room was big and cheap, there was a clean bathroom. The location of the property was great and fantastic as we were so close to all major sights like the Railto bridge, St Mark's Square and Grand Canal, and the centre. Moreover, Pannett Park was just a short stroll away from the place.

The location was great and incredible for Venice, next to Casa Nicolo Priuli, St Mark square and the water bus and walking. I was surprised at nearby Ostaria al Ponte, they had some goodies, drinks. The twin room I got was included with a balcony as well as ironing board.
