I enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were incredibly nice. The bedroom was good sized and air-conditioned. The excellent and stunning location not far from a train station was just what I needed. Easily reached Saray Turkish Restaurant, located relatively close to the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The location was magnificent, close enough to far from the main hub of venice, in a nice local area. It was not too far away from Harry Ramsden's, serving fast food.

We had a very enjoyable stay in a long time. The staff was easygoing, amicable. It was in a central setting near the rail station. We could drink something at Revolution, located 1 km away.
Unfortunately, there was no wifi.

It has particularly good and lovely location not too far from a modern chain casino. The airport is 0.5 km away, easy to get to. Make sure to get double room with clean bathroom as well as the pictures shown. The rate is £ 50, satisfied.

The units were perfectly clean and modest with shared bathroom. As for me location is incredible and lovely, very close to the Grand Canal and Jewish quarter, water bus and airport taxi boat service and the touristic places.

Came here for 2 night stay, had an enjoyable experience. The hotel was in a quiet and decent location, near a bus station. I had some drinks at Birreria Zanon, positioned 200 metres away.

Everything was perfect, really enjoyed our great stay. King room was large and air-conditioned with a shared bathroom. Our hotel was in a particularly good and magnificent location, not far from a train station. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Al Timon.

Excellent location, the train station was close to the hotel. I tried some drinks at bar Ae Bricoe, located 5 minutes walk away. I asked for a double room and the one given was air-conditioned and modest. Complimentary wireless internet and coffee turned out to be good.

By and large, it was lovely base for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun. We stayed in a triple room and it was bright. Location just next door to a vaparetto stop, all the shops. Also, a wide canal was just a few steps away from the hotel.

Location was cozy, I appreciated cooperative staff and attractive rooms. Breakfast was reasonable, it included REASONABLY PRICED eggs, cakes, slices of fresh bread, sausages and fresh fruit. They made my stay fabulous. Don't forget to explore Cannaregio district.
