Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was very good. It was based in extremely clean building in a magnificent and beautiful location, close to the center. What's more, it was near picturesque lakeside promenade, and the lake and the town centre.

The place was clean with free parking and a big bed. The units were newly renovated and the staff were very attentive and flexible people on shift throughout our whole stay. The setting was beautiful, close enough to the castle and centre of Malcesine, the enormous statue of the pope in the reception area, and picturesque lakeside promenade into lovely Malcesine. Plus, we could reach a medieval castle approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.
