I'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with 1 large bed, the bedroom, for example was not a problem. The location is absolutely perfect, 3 km from Butuan National Museum.
Their breakfast is cold, can definitely be improved.

It was fairly clean, everyone was very very helpful and caring. Altogether it was good value though. The location was exceptionally nice, relatively close to a public plaza.
